Should I have a PSA test?
It's a personal decision. The test can find prostate cancer early but can also lead to unnecessary tests. Your GP can help you decide based on your age and family history.
Can I get a PSA test request online?
Yes. After talking it through, your GP can email you a pathology request.
Is getting up at night to wee a prostate problem?
It can be, but there are other causes too. Your GP will ask a few questions and may suggest tests.
Do I need a physical examination?
Sometimes. If you do, your GP will tell you and refer you.
When should I start thinking about prostate health?
Many men discuss it from age 50, or earlier with a family history.
