How does an eScript work?
An eScript is an electronic prescription sent to you by SMS or email as a token. Show the token at any pharmacy in Australia and they will dispense your medication.
Which medications can I renew online?
Up to two medications you have taken consistently for more than 6 months, with up to 3 months' supply. For anything else, book a telehealth consultation.
How much does a script renewal cost?
Script renewals start from $17.99. If you need a new medication or more than two scripts, a standard consultation is $49.
What if the doctor can't renew my script?
If the doctor decides a renewal isn't safe without a consultation, they will contact you about the next step. If we genuinely can't help, you get a full refund.
