Can I renew my blood pressure tablets online?

Yes. If you've taken the same medicine for 6 months or more and your blood pressure is stable, renew from $17.99. For a review or a change in treatment, book a $49 consult.

Do I need to measure my blood pressure at home?

It helps. Home readings give your GP a better picture. Many pharmacies also check blood pressure for free.

How often should my blood pressure be reviewed?

Usually at least once or twice a year when it's stable, and more often when treatment changes.

Can I stop my medicine if my readings are normal?

Not without talking to your GP. Normal readings often mean the medicine is working.

Will I need blood tests?

Some blood pressure medicines need regular kidney and salt-level checks. Your GP will email a pathology request when they're due.
