Is this service bulk-billed?

No. MediAccess is a private subscription service that provides unlimited access for a low monthly fee, bypassing the need for Medicare billing for each consult.
What can I use MediAccess for?

Our GPs can handle a wide range of non-emergency medical issues, including colds/flu, skin conditions, script refills, mental health plans, referrals, and general health advice.
What can’t it be used for?

This service is not for emergencies (e.g., chest pain, severe bleeding). It cannot be used for prescriptions of restricted drugs (e.g., strong painkillers). In such cases, call (07) 3303 0383 or visit a hospital.
Are the doctors really qualified?

Absolutely. Every GP on our platform is AHPRA-registered and practices within Australia.
How soon can I get a consult?

In many cases, same-day availability is possible. You’ll see the next available times when you request a booking in your dashboard.
Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There are no lock-ins. You can cancel from your account settings and keep access until the end of your billing period.
